LET GO OF PERFECT
Don't let perfect be the enemy of the best.
Just because you can't do something 100% right or 100% all of the time, doesn't mean that the other times aren't worth it. Don't give up. The lack of perfection keeps you humble.
If you eat too many cookies, or sneak too much cookie dough while you are baking them, the night before and you wake up with a funny feeling in your tummy, that is no excuse to throw away your whole eating healthy lifestyle. (this may or may not have happened to me last night, you decide)
Strive for perfection, but don't let it bring you down when you don't achieve it. Nobody is perfect, why can we remember that when talking about other people, but we can't seem to remember that it also applies in our own lives?
