Day #10-
GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME
I will admit, I needed this today. Notice that it's after 11pm and I am just now sitting down to write this. When it feels like you don't have enough time in a day, your inevitably feel more stressed out and no one is their best self when stress is in the equation.
It seems that everyone (is it just me?) underestimates the amount of time that is needed. I really need to learn to add 5 or 10 minutes to everything. When I do, life slows down. I enjoy actually showing up on time and having time to talk to people, without feeling guilty, no rushing.
Give yourself plenty of time and enjoy the results.
